Full Event Planning
For clients who would like their whole event planned plus day-of coordination. Planning includes vision and budget creation, vendor search and booking, color scheme and design assistance, and site visits. Coordination includes event timeline and logistics, vendor management, and onsite coordination of event from start to finish.
**Weddings include rehearsal management.

Partial Event Planning
For clients who are well into their event planning, secured some vendors and need a planner to help them along. These are clients who are still actively involved in the planning process. Planning includes vendor search, booking, and site visit if needed. Coordination is the same as Full Event Planning Package.
**Weddings include rehearsal management.

Day-of Coordination
For clients who have done all their planning and are looking for a coordinator to handle the day's itinerary. Includes 1-2 month vendor "hand over" of all communication for weddings and 1-4 weeks "hand over" for all other events if needed. Coordination is the same as Full Event Planning and Partial Event Planning Packages.
**Weddings include rehearsal management.

Set up, Style, & Breakdown Assistance
For clients who would like extra hands to help with set up, style, and breakdown of decor items. Will keep track of client's personal decor items that do not belong to vendors.
**No bussing services.

Day Before/Day After Vendor Management
For clients who have vendors that require day before set up or day after take down. Coordinator will be present for either or both services to manage vendors.
**Coordinator does not take part in set up or take down.

Bridal/Wedding Concierge Service
For clients who would like extra assistance for the couple or wedding party before the wedding and/or after. This includes logistic timelines for pre-wedding events such as hair and make up, assistance with dressing, organizing detail shots for the photographer, and personal white glove service (Holding on to rings, putting gifts in the car, packing up personal decor items.)
